Full policy
This is Linkyr's operative policy. Terms cannot erase criminal liability, mandatory duties or consumer rights. The operator must obtain licensed legal review and complete its legal identity before commercial operation.
2. Vercel
Application hosting, delivery network and technical logs needed to serve requests, diagnose failures and maintain security.
3. Cloudflare Turnstile
When enabled, device/network signals and verification tokens are processed for bot and abuse prevention under Cloudflare's own terms.
4. SePay and banks
Bank-transfer reconciliation for order code, recipient, amount and payment status. Linkyr never asks for a banking password or OTP.
5. Email and URL safety
Configured SMTP/email and Google Safe Browsing providers support account notices and URL-risk checks.
6. Controls and changes
Access is need-to-know, appropriate contract/security review applies, and material vendors are added here. Business customers may ask privacy about significant changes.
