Linkyr provides redirects and does not own destination content. We nevertheless receive complete notices, assess them in good faith and take proportionate action under applicable law.

Full policy
This is Linkyr's operative policy. Terms cannot erase criminal liability, mandatory duties or consumer rights. The operator must obtain licensed legal review and complete its legal identity before commercial operation.
2. Notice contents
Identify the claimant and contact details, protected work/right, exact Linkyr URL, original location, sufficient explanation, good-faith and accuracy/authority statements, and an electronic or physical signature.
3. Incomplete notices
We may request more information, take no action, or apply an interim warning where the URL, rights basis or verification is missing. Do not send unnecessary personal data.
4. Restriction and notice
Where reasonably supported, we may block a link, preserve logs and notify the account holder unless law or investigative safety forbids notice.
5. Counter-notice
A link owner may provide identity, URL, mistake/misidentification basis, authorization evidence, responsibility statement and signature. We may forward it to the claimant as law permits.
6. Repeat infringers
We may suspend repeat offenders after considering notice validity, severity, history, response and enforcement evasion.
7. Misrepresentation
Fraudulent notices may create liability. The process must not suppress criticism, lawful competition or authorized content.
8. Channel
Send to the operator's abuse/copyright email or /report-abuse. US DMCA notices must satisfy 17 U.S.C. §512 where applicable.
