Full policyThis is Linkyr's operative policy. Terms cannot erase criminal liability, mandatory duties or consumer rights. The operator must obtain licensed legal review and complete its legal identity before commercial operation.
01Prohibited content
No phishing, malware, spam, scams, impersonation, credential theft, illegal goods/services, child exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, threats, harassment, terrorism, copyright/trademark/privacy infringement or unlawful conduct.
02Technical abuse
No unauthorized scanning, rate-limit bypass, bulk moderation evasion, harmful redirect obfuscation, system interference, botnets, blocked domains/IPs or fraudulent ad/click automation.
03Transparency and responsibility
Do not disguise ads as system controls, claim Linkyr endorses a destination, or transfer links to evade enforcement. Respond to reasonable verification requests about rights and use.
04Enforcement
We may warn visitors, suspend links/accounts/API, preserve logs, request information, remove, block domains/IPs and make legally required reports. Decisions consider signals, severity, history and evidence; urgent cases may be contained before review.
05Reports and appeals
Report at /report-abuse with slug, reason and evidence. Link owners may respond or counter-notice. Copyright notices should identify the claimant, protected work/right, URL, good-faith statement and signature as applicable.
06Regulated use
Do not use Linkyr for regulated medicines, finance, gambling, weapons or adult content without required licensing, age/geographic controls and disclosures. Do not evade ad-platform rules or legal disclosures.
07Spam and bulk automation
No unsolicited links, bought lists, rotating domains/slugs, fake accounts, unlawful scraping or API/webhook load abuse. Honor opt-outs, consent and applicable electronic-marketing law.
08Child safety and emergencies
Child exploitation content is absolutely prohibited and may be immediately preserved/reported as law requires. Credible threats of death or serious harm may be contained urgently before notice.
09Appeals and restoration
You may respond with rights evidence, lawful purpose and remediation. We consider severity, history, impact, recurrence risk and legal demands; restoration is not promised while risk remains unresolved.
10API, webhooks and automation
Do not expose secret keys, forge webhook signatures, exceed rate limits, create request loops, probe endpoints or use the API for unlawful bulk link distribution. Endpoint owners must verify signatures, prevent replay and protect received data.
11Custom domains and QR
Connect only domains you control; do not appropriate brands, evade blocklists or style QR codes as official system or bank notices. You remain responsible for SSL, DNS, surrounding QR context and notices to scanners.
12Proportionate monitoring and enforcement
Automated signals may contain urgent harm, while evidence, severity and history inform longer restrictions where practicable. Users may report errors or appeal; victim protection and lawful requirements remain priorities.
