This is Linkyr's operative policy. Terms cannot erase criminal liability, mandatory duties or consumer rights. The operator must obtain licensed legal review and complete its legal identity before commercial operation.
Requests should identify the agency, legal authority, scope, relevant account/link, deadline and verification contact. Formal process or an appropriate international-assistance route may be required.
We assess validity and disclose only lawfully compelled, specific, retained data. We may challenge or clarify requests that are overbroad, conflicting or unsupported.
Limited voluntary disclosure may be considered for imminent risk of death or serious physical harm based on facts, person at risk, urgency and why normal process cannot wait.
A valid preservation demand may temporarily hold existing data; it is not disclosure and does not require creation of data that does not exist.
We seek to notify users before or after disclosure unless legally prohibited, unsafe or likely to compromise an investigation. Non-disclosure orders should be scoped and time-limited.
Authorities outside Vietnam may need a treaty, mutual legal assistance or other competent channel. Local law and data-protection obligations are considered.
Where lawful, reasonable costs for complex requests may be recovered and data is produced securely in an available format.
Use the operator's legal/abuse email. Do not send process through public Telegram; request origin is verified before response.
