1. Acceptance and eligibility
Creating a link, registering or paying accepts these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Notice. You must have legal capacity; minors need parent or guardian consent and supervision where required.

Full policy
This is Linkyr's operative policy. Terms cannot erase criminal liability, mandatory duties or consumer rights. The operator must obtain licensed legal review and complete its legal identity before commercial operation.
2. Service and accounts
Keep account information accurate and credentials secure. We may reasonably change features or limits to protect security, comply with law and operate the service.
3. User links and content
You retain your rights and grant Linkyr a limited, non-exclusive worldwide technical licence for as long as needed to host, process, safety-scan, display and redirect your links. You warrant that you may share each destination and do not violate third-party rights.
4. Abuse and enforcement
Phishing, malware, spam, scams, IP infringement, child exploitation, unlawful content, block evasion, system interference and concealment of harmful activity are prohibited. We may warn, restrict, suspend, remove, preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful authorities.
5. Paid plans and SePay
Price, tax and term appear before payment. Access changes only after an authenticated SePay incoming-transfer webhook matches the recipient account, order code and exact amount. One-time purchases do not auto-renew without separate authorization. Refunds, cancellation and mandatory consumer rights follow checkout disclosures and applicable law.
6. Availability and warranties
The service is provided as available to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise Google ranking, revenue, uninterrupted access or that every destination is safe. Mandatory warranties and consumer rights remain intact.
7. Liability limits
To the fullest lawful extent, Linkyr excludes indirect loss, lost profit, data or goodwill caused by user content or destinations. Ordinary contractual liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months; exclusions do not apply where prohibited, including fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence or non-excludable liability.
8. Indemnity
To the extent lawful, you will cover reasonable claims and costs caused by your unlawful links, third-party-rights violations or breach, with notice and a reasonable opportunity to participate in the defence.
9. Termination, law and disputes
You may stop or delete your account. We may suspend for risk, breach or legal process. Vietnamese law governs, while mandatory local consumer rights remain; competent courts and authorities retain jurisdiction under applicable law.
10. Operator and contact
Before public launch, the operator must add its legal name, address, registration/tax details and support email. Current contact: Telegram @kyrax0 and /report-abuse.
11. Plan limits and fair use
Published plan limits cover links, clicks, analytics, domains, members, API and bulk operations. Do not split accounts or automate to evade limits; reasonable controls may protect stability and prevent abuse.
12. Price and feature changes
Future-term pricing or features may change with advance publication. Changes do not retroactively remove a paid term except for law, urgent security needs or separate agreement.
13. Third parties and destinations
Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare, SePay, banks, email and URL-safety services have separate terms. Linkyr does not control destination content, transactions, cookies or availability; visitors should assess them before sharing data or paying.
14. Intellectual property and feedback
Linkyr names, logos, interface and code are protected. No unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, resale or confusing trademark use. Voluntary feedback may improve the service without exposing your confidential information.
15. Notices, amendments and severability
Notices may appear on site, email or dashboard. Revisions identify an effective date and material changes receive reasonable notice. If one provision is invalid, the rest continues; delayed enforcement is not waiver.
16. Entire agreement, assignment and force majeure
These Terms, AUP, Privacy, Cookie and checkout policies form the service agreement. You may not assign unlawfully; Linkyr may transfer during restructuring with appropriate obligations. Neither party is liable for delay beyond reasonable control but should mitigate impact.
17. Age and organizational authority
You must be at least 16 or the higher minimum age where you live; minors may use the service only with valid guardian authorization. Paid-plan purchasers must have contractual capacity. If acting for an organization, you confirm authority to bind it.
18. Account security and incident notice
Keep account information accurate and protect passwords, devices and API keys. Revoke exposed credentials and report unauthorized access promptly. We may force resets, limit sessions or temporarily suspend access to contain harm; we never ask for a password or OTP over Telegram.
19. API, webhooks, QR and custom domains
You are responsible for webhook endpoints, DNS, domain rights and placing QR codes or links in a non-deceptive context. Do not evade rate limits, publish API keys, forge events, conceal harmful destinations or imply Linkyr endorses destination content.
20. Export controls and local compliance
Do not use the service where prohibited by applicable sanctions, export controls or law. Naming a jurisdiction is not a claim that Linkyr is registered under or meets every regime; rights and duties apply only when the relevant law's scope and thresholds are actually met.
